Default NEW TO BODY BUILDING-WHAT AM I DOING RIGHT/wrong

Hello everone I am new bodybuilding in general I have lifted for a number of years and over the couse of about a year I started eating allot heathier. I am 5'9'' and a meger 130lbs but low bf of 4-10 percent (chest,legs respectivly)
Recently I have started getting more serious about it. Curently this is WORKOUT/eating . Lift 3-4 times a week
Cadio-ride bike or run 6 times a week at least 20 min
streching and sit-upps 6 times a week

I am currently following a diet i got out of a GNC magazine. I have a high metabalism and its hard for me to gain weight. this is my current diet
MEAL 1 no2 30min 1 cupgrapenuts, 1/4 cup raisens 40gram protien shake 1hour ce2
Meal 2 chickne breast bannnana and veggies
Meal 3 No2 30min 1/2 cup oatmeal apple somesort of fish and carrots 1 hour ce2
meal 4 Yogurt grape nuts deli meat penuts
meal 5 broccelli(Sp. sorry) yogurt 40 gram protien shake total 3000 cals
ANY CRITIQUING WOULD BE VERY HELPFULL THANK YOU

Then, why are you taking NO2 at all? What are you getting from it?

BRADG is right, I wont mess with NO2, it doesnt make u grow. What is the point in looking pumped if u are not gaining any muscle?? U can get the pump by doing curls with a coke can.

i believed in that stuff for a little while then i reliezed i was crazy and it wasnt really doing much for the people i knew who used it. why are u doing all of that cardio shouldnt u be more focused on gaining weight rather than cutting weight since u said in your words that u are a megar 130lbs at 5'9. check out daves clean bulk sticky im sure it would be very useful for u. dont always take stuff directly out of those magizines either and if u do make your own alterations to what they say

I think you may be right about the too much cardio, I think I am goin to cut it back a lil and as far as the no2 and ce2 go I'll see how it works for me, I guess I just started it and no use in wasting a bottle of it even if it isnt doing anyhting
