Default New to lifting

I need some help deciding on what kind of supplement that I need. I am in the military and have been doing PT for 13 years and no I'm 30 and must be going through a mid life crises. I am wanting to gain some size. I have always been in really good shape, but could never bulk up. I am almost six feet tall and only 150 pounds. Is there anyone out there with some suggestions?

i know how it is man, i was a in the military for a while and all we did was run. you need to understand that no matter how much you lift you wont put on any size unless your eating more than you burn. i started at 148 in basic and at the end of my 4 year contract i was 174....and i ate and lifted my ass off. what i found to work the best was creatine, vitamins, and lots lots lots of healthy calories. Some cyto gainer would not hurt. so just get a good routine together and stack that with lots of food and rest; once you got that together get yourself some basic supps.
