So basically you have to wait until the deficient part is recharged to receive full benefit. That's why lifting in the morning, cardio at lunch may work.

lol @ Taurus...thanks a lot. I mean i don't kno what esle to say hehe. Yeah if it's a popular thing (the CKD stuff), ill do more research on it. It's jus that when i GOOGLEd it, the website of a japanese packing machinery maker came up.
