Whats better, naNO vapors, or Eo-Explode?

I got a free 2lb tub from work. At gnc its about 60 dollars worth, so I was gonna finish it before switching to No-Explode from BSN if its better...

I took the naNO vapors before a workout and I felt it, but was'nt super like how some people said it was. But I did like it...taste great too..

Now I got a free two week think of the HALO also from muscle-tech, not too sure I like it. It taste good, but too good to be true...but for now I am not trying to bulk more, just wanna cut. While I cut maybe gain 5 lbs of muscle if possible. Figure I am about 200 lbs all muscle.

Gonna give the HALO to a friend to try.

bakkily's Sig:230 pounds, 22ish percent bf, 5'11

Goals: Reach 190, 8 percent BF (by sept, oct, wanna get 4% for a teen bodybuilding competition)

Squat over 400, bench 300, Deadlift 350 (in which I doubt I will be able to do) but I shall PUSH myself!

HALO sucks and is overpriced. But it is more useful than all of the pre workout supps that you mentioned IMO.

Lol, love the GET TO THE CHOPPA!

Well, I was talking to a personal trainer dude at golds gym, and he said to not even worry about taking the nano vapors, think I'll save the tub I have for when I bulk in a few months.

No supplements are really necessary...your diet will dictate your gains. If you have a good meal pre workout, then there is no need for something like vapor. Not that a pre workout supp like that will replace a good meal before hand. It's just not at all necessary...

I have been adding citrulline malate and CEE to my shakes. The citrulline is some good stuff. BUY YOUR SUPPS IN BULK!!!! saved a shitload of $$$ already and they last months instead of a month.

^^ No matter how many times you say it J-rock, you'll still get 100+ threads asking if the new MT suppliment out is good or not. I applaud your effort sir, I try to push people to look at bulk powders also, just because it will save them a ton of money, but its an uphill battle for sure.

Yeah hrdgain... I am just trying to push the info you gave me on citrulline to others. Hmmmmm 1lb of citrulline= around 40 bucks about (3 1/2 months worth)....20 days worth of NOXPLODE=45 bucks. CEE will
also help with fighting fatigue.

Caffiene= vaso restriction
Citrulline and Arginine= vaso dilation

Why put these two ingredients together?

I agree completely. I think some people just will not do their own research and find out for themselves the best product for them. They rely solely on what is commercially popular. Sad but true.

I used to be one of those people. But I woke up and I have more knowledge on supplements now.
