Default nitrix

i just got a bottle of nitrix.
they say to take 3 tablets 3 times a day, which is what i do. i am also on N.O explode. i take this on empty stomoch before a work out. should i take nitrix before i work out along with the n.o explode? or would these cancel each other out and work against me?
when would you suggest i should take these? i normally lift at around 3-4pm.

thanx for your help.

I just also bought nitrix 4 days ago (best stuff ever, I already see vains.) i also lift at 4 and take n.o. explode. I take 4-3 times a day because i am 204 lbs. 5'9

8-9 am wake up-Nitrix
45 min later- eat
11:30-12:30- Nitrix
45 min later- eat
2-2:45-protien
3:30-2 1/2 scoops n.o. explode (which also has a lil' no2)
train 4-6
6 pm-nitrix
45 min later-Post work out meal
8 pm-protien

That is about the best me and my buddy could think of. i hope that it helps. because you aren't supposed to eat for 2hr before or 45mibn after. it is hard to dodge with school and work. but good luck.

A couple things guys. I assume your taking BSN Nitrix correct?

here's whats in this stuff
Quote:
Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 3 Tablets
Servings Per Container: 60
Amount Per Serving:
L-arginine: 3000mg
alpha keto-glutarate (akg)
CRTS (controlled release technology & support system) 1897 mg
Methocel (micro-polymer hydrophillc ether matrix)
Phosphoplexx (calcium phosphate; di-potassium phosphate; & sodium phosphate)
ZCM (dicreatine malate)
L-citrulline
Nad (nicotinamide adenine dinucieotide)
folic acid (folate)
Now the the things to look at here are the L-arginine, akg, dicreatine malate, L-citruline. those are your NO boosting ingredients. All of which you can purchase in bulk for much less then what this stuff costs.

I know you already have it, but if you want to save some money when you run out, check out Nutraplanet, or bulknutrition for some bulk powders.

WOW. Why not eliminate eating altogether and try to subsist entirely on different doses of individual aminos throughout the day? That should work.

To me a supplement regiment that requires you to have an empty stomach 3 times a day is just like paying someone to sabotage your results. Add the pre-workout stuff and it's 4 times a day. What can I say? Good luck on the veins and pumps.
