Several of my friends have tried NOxplode and have all noticed a difference when working out and all liked it. Not to get into a huge argument with you Ross because I am sure you have valid points on why NO supplements dont work but there are ppl who claim every supplement out there doesnt work. Whether it is NO, glutamine, creatine, etc... There are a low percentage of ppl that creatine will do nothing for so I would go with whatever you find works best for you

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | Damn...I'm getting slammed today. Tell me what you like about these BSN supplements. And what I mean by "what you like about them", I mean tell me about the ingredients in them and what they do for you so that we can have a discussion if you're inclined to do so. Just out of curiosity, why would creatine not work for some people? |

I like cellmass because its CEE(ethyl ester) rather than monohydrate. I use glutamine when i am taking creatine and i can't say it helps by it self but i feel it works well with creatine for me, i know some ppl say glutamine is useless and has never been proven to work. Nitrix I am not necessarily sold on but when I was on it i was a lot more vascular. NOxplode, when i take it my work outs tend to just be better, I am more focused and able to go longer/more intense. Everyone else I know who has tried it says the same thing. I have taken the stack 2 times before and just find that it works. Right now I am not taking anything, I personally think just eating a lot of food is the best thing for you.

good post i like what you wrote last. i think that is the key because no matter what your stack, if your diet is shit...nothing is going to help. but that is, ofcourse, oversimplifying things. my concern with NO products are: 1.) they need to be cycled 2.) they say that if you stay on it for too long your body adapts to the stimulant thereby slowly nullifying its effects 3.) they say that if you come off it, your workout in the gym begins to suck fyi: i have heard that you need to take a break from it every 3-4 weeks for 1-2 weeks. EZ, dont take offense to what i said...im shit scared of supplements. i was hesitant to even try whey...you have no idea the amount of convincing some of the guys here like Eric3237 had to do to convince me my kidneys werent going to need replacement if i had 4 scoops of whey a day ![]() i think that what you said about different things working for different people says it all right there. now.... i need to go back to the workout programs and powerlifting forums....im not used to venturing so far out of my realm into the nutrition & supplement forums

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | Here is some stuff for you to read: http://www.bodybuilding.net/suppleme...highlight=scam http://www.bodybuilding.net/suppleme...highlight=scam http://www.bodybuilding.net/suppleme...ight=glutamine As far as NO explode goes...you were probably more focused because of the caffeine or the placebo effect. And you were able to go longer because of maltodextrin in it...or because of the placebo effect. Definitely not worth the money. That is why I'm against NO explode...waste of money. Cellmass is ridiculous. 100gr of CEE is $4.50 at nutraplanet. The Nitrix and Glutamine I won't bother with. There is more than enough info in the links above. |

ya thanks for the links ill read them as soon as i get a chance to. I definitely agree with your reasoning on the No explode, thats my thoughts behind it as well. There always is some placebo effect with a lot of drugs as long as you believe they will do something. When I got my glutamine it was $8-9 dollars from walmart, I would never pay any of the high prices for it I have seen.

| Rank: New Member Experience: 7-10 Years | All these NO supps are a scam. You'll get better results with Arginine,Ornithine,Lysine. Creatine is overhyped too. Your training will reflect how much you will gain. You cant just take creatine and expect to b the next Jay Cutler. I dont even use creatine I dont need it. It bloats me and gives me gas. |
