I agree the ON is the way too go, made the switch about a year ago ,what a difference! a little on the expensive side ,but you know how it is you get what you pay for

I also agree on the ON. Tried it and I like it, had some good results.

Cardio sucks

You could try www.trueprotein.com if you don't mind spending more $. There you could mix your own blend.
