Gender: | Just started taking this yesterday since I am looking for the perfect creatine to help me out on my workout energy levels during my CKD. Got some awesome pumps on it before my carbup day so it seems to be working alright, but it also recommends taking twice the amount before a workout than other brands so I don't know if thats the cause. The Orange ICE doesn't really taste that well though, should have gotten the fruit punch. Anyone else had good results with NO-Xplode? So far I am liking it more than SWOLE. |

| I tried No-xplode once before. The taste was OK but something about it didn't make me feel too well. Either I was pushing it too hard in the weight room or the stuff was making my heart raise too much. I eventually had to take half the dose even though they recommended taking double. Also, the container doesn't last that long. I did like the pumps I got from it though. They were insane. |
