But, if I had a bottle of No2, that's exactly what I would do. I fail to see a need to take it anytime aside from Preworkout. Even if I had the money to spend. Bigger pumps, nutrient shuttling, slightly increased endurance capacity...These effects are of course utilized best during lifting, not before breakfast or lunch..At least that's the way I look at it. EDIT: In case you're wondering, yes, I've tried a few brands when they first came out. Didn't really do anything from what I could tell...And the price is very high for "kinda feeling a slight pump" | |
