i was wondering if taking novedex xt during a pro-hormone will it help control the estrogen levels

Bad idea. You want your estrogen levels to be high during your cycle.

aromatization is not what your want you do not want estrogen hence clomid, nolvadex, and such

Do you take SERMs during your cycle or after? The answer is typically after, because that's when you'll have a big imbalance. No need to start taking an AI if you don't have any sides. Are you pulsing the PH? Are you prone to gyno? Again, you DO want estrogen. It is VERY important. You want it to be under control though...you'll notice if it isn't if you start to have sides...

Estrogen is important, but if you do see any signs of gyno you definitely want to keep nolvadex on hand.

It's very important and you want to without a doubt watch out for issues of gyno man.

Also, if you haven't maxed out your natural potential yet, don't even think about messing with your hormones.
