Default Now Foods AAKG

I was extremly impressed with NOW Brand Foods AAKG. At the recommendaed 6 pills a day with the recommended water intake, I felt the best pump I had in years. This product is comparible to any AAKG product on the market.
RATING SCALE: 1 = BAD 10 = Excellent

PRICE RATING: 10

QUALITY: 10

COMPARIBLE: 10

If you want quick pumps in the gym, take a good look at this product. FITSUPPS...the Next Level!!

Nice cut and paste.

Actually, it's photoshopped LMAO!

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

Is that supposed to be you in those pics? If it is, who gives a shit? There are so many big, ignorant people out there... It surprises me how many stupid body builders there are. When I say stupid, I'm referring to the lack of knowledge about nutrition and training. Their trainers run the show for them. It sounds like you got where you are despite your ignorance.

Are you going to contribute to the forum and/or try to learn? Or just come on, say some stuff that isn't true, post some pics, and argue with & insult everyone?

Making a real good impression so far ... if your posts are all going to be like this, I'd kindly ask you to take your douchebaggery somewhere else ... perhaps you'd be more happy at bb.com.
