| Hi ya Newbie here! dont blaze me if i do somthing wrong..... like think that the shout box is a search box.... anyway.... my mate has just told me that Optimum Nutrition Whey is really good..... and um Affordable... so i was wondering where the best place to buy from in the UK is? |

| All Sorted I ordered 2 x Optimum Nutrition Whey for 57 Pounds from http://www.HealthTemple.co.uk , I wish i lived in th states.... or at least had a mate out there that could send this stuff over to me cheaply. ..... < had to post this... lol.. wicked icon |

Gender: | Most of the internet shops are stocked by the same U.S. based supplement companies so they always will charge more to ship the products outside the country. I believe both DPSNutrition.com and BulkNutrition.com ship to the UK, but you would have to check on what their additional charges would be. |

Gender: | Reflex Nutrition is a company I've seen that manufactures in the U.K. Look for their whey product (Reflex) which may be more affordable for you. I don't know for sure as it is just something I've seen. Also http://www.myprotein.co.uk/ |

| Arggggg reflex! I avoid them like the plauge. I tried their creatine once ... never again ... i near shat out my large intestine! Blerg Hey you guys Rock.... what an excellent forum! I think i ate too much chicken.... my gases are offensive! |
