Gender: | i would use just a scoop of protien for my pre workout shake. if your interested in using creatine make sure u incorperate dextrose and maltose. so you can get a shake with plenty of sugar and carbs which will help out with comsuming the creatine. |

| Rank: Bantamweight Experience: 10+ Years | My post workout shake used to be just 3 scoops of designer whey. I started using 2 scoops of Nlarge and 1 scoop of protein about two months ago, after 311 beat me in to it. So far, I cant complain, little bit of fat gain, but its also due to my eating habits. |

| your pre and post workout shakes should be specific to your diet and your goals. that being said if your looking for suggestions on brands of protien i really like designer whey, and recently i've used substance WPI. the wpi doesnt mix so well, but it tastes awesome, watermellon is the shizzle. |
