| After all you guys help I think I am getting a little closer to getting this down. I don't know a lot about this, and totally not enough to be mixing anything on my own. So Here is what I did today, please let me know if it's ok, OR what I should have done, 5am woke 5:15am Protein shake followed by (here I get confused) I took 1 serving (1scoop) of cell-tech creatine (it sais for loading stage take 1 serving 2scoops when you wake and when you workout, which would be right after one another) SO, should (during this loading stage) take the full dose of cell-tech or break it up like I did and then 12hrs later just take a full dose? Then take Hot-Rox. 5:45am- eat a banana or a half a tuna sandwich 6-6:15am arrive at gym 7-15am home, down a protein shake, then my 1 scoop of creatine, the get ready for work. Breakfast will be either hard boiled eggs, or a tuna sandwich, or a chicken breast, something like that. I got the diet somewhat down and the workout, I am doing the full body you guys recommended in another post. This supplement thing I am trying to grasp. As I said I'm pretty stupid at this so simplicity will definately benefit me. Thanks in advance! |

Hot Rox I'm not too familiar with, but it says to take on an empty stomach prior to breakfast and again six hours later. After you ingest your protein postworkout, I always like to have my first postworkout meal about an hour after I lift. So it makes sense to me to take the hot rox before that meal. However, I'd take a lesser dosage to measure your tolerancy during this period because after working out, your metabolism is rocking. | |

| Thanks, yeah after this jug of cell tech I am looking for a more affordable one. Been recommended CEE. That a good one? Also, "Just take 2 scoops (10 grams) immediately postworkout. Wait 10-15 mintutes, than take your protein." Today I took 1 scoop of protein before my workout then immediately after I took 1 scoop of creatine. I did the exact same thing right when I got home from the gym, about 15min ago. That ok if your stomach can take it? Now going to have a tuna salad sandwich and then eat every 2.5-3hrs. Think I'll do pretty good if I can get this morning supp. system down, thanks again! |

| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | Personally, if it were me i would eat the whole food/meal (tuna sandwich) an hour out from working out and the protein/5g creatine right before working out. When i come home i have another 2 scoops whey and 5g creatine. (I use some creatine monohydrate that i have from a LONG time ago. When i run out im going to get some CEE). And havent you been taking cell-tech for a while now? If so, your probably already loaded. So you only need to take around 10g daily. And like i said, i like to split it up before/after my workout just because i feel thats how it works best for me. On non workout days, take 5-10g whenever. And about the CEE, thats not a brand of creatine like cell mass, cell tech, ect... Rather its a type named after how its made. Its creatine with an ester-ethyl attached. |
