So as of late I've been monkeying around with my pre and post workout shakes. I've grown tired of the usual whey + carbs and I've decided to get a little crazy. for the last 5 weeks my pre and post workout shakes have looked like this 2-3 scoops purple wraath 30-40g Pure Virtago 2g bulk cissus powder 2g CEE (in the form of cialabol caps) This has worked great so far, my strength continues to climb, and my recovery has been far better then any other time I can remember. Now since my PW is almost gone, I've decided to do a little experiment and see if I can put together my own mix, here is what I was thinking. 15-20g BCAAs 2g Citruline Malate 2g beta alanine 2g bulk cissus 20-30g bulk wms 2g Glycerol Now I know its gonna taste like ass monkey soup, so I'm gonna pick up some generic crystal lite to cover that up. If you guys have any suggestions please feel free.

yeah you really cant go wrong with it. I might have to go with the ice tea, cause bulk cissus smells kinda like ice tea mix to begin with. I also wanted to comment on how much this will cost. Depending on who I buy through, the price of all the supps listed above for roughly a month or more worth of product will be much less then the cost of PW and virtago by themselves. It will be a lot more work putting all this crap together but I like to play with bulk powders.

Good call slayer, taurine would be a great addition, and cheap too. I think i'll have to get them all in bulk Talo, I dont see Glycerol, or beta alanine at trueprotien. That would be sweet though, would save me a lot of time.
