It shouldnt make you fat, it is a great "meal" replacement and should be used as such. It's a great source of protein, carbs and calories. If you are working out regularly, it should be fine to take.

It only has 4 grams of carbs.
I wouldn't use it for a meal replacement. I personally use it pre/post workout and sometimes in between meals.
