Gender: | Honestly, its going to be pretty hard since protein is usually taken with milk or water. If you really can't stand the taste of it in water you could try taking it in some sort of fruit juice. There are some recipes in our recipe forum. Honestly, you may just want to get a protein that tastes better in water once your done with this tub. Some proteins are awful in water, but ON's 100% Whey is pretty good in just water and gets even better if you add in some dextrose for post workout carbs. Nitro-tech is also a little overpriced imho. |

| I'm also lactose intolerant and I add in two tbls. of heavy whipping cream to my drinks. It makes it thicker and adds in fat calories as well. It's also zero carbs, too. Just don't add it to your postworkout shakes as fat will slow down absorption of glucose and protein. |

Gender: | I just do water. I can ingest almost anything. I've been drinking these things for over 20 years and the stuff today is like candy compared to the old school cardboard. You youngens are just spoiled. Chug it down. You'll get used to it. |
