Gender: | is it OK to take a shake before bed time. and i drink plenty of water why does it make my stomach feel weird? i use "body fortress" super advanced whey. it seems good as far as calories and 52g of protein. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | It's because of the milk sugars. The whey you're using has plenty of milk sugars in it. Milk normally leaves people feeling a little bloated for the same reason. Try taking some cheap dairy digestant...that will probably help. |

Gender: | Thats how protein is, well to me at least, gassy lol love them dutch ovens. Makes you wanna crap I use lactose free milk and it helps a bit. Damn I just ran out or whey the other day and I went to pick up my usual 10lb of ON Whey holy crap it went up 10 dollars I'm paying $82 now! I gotta find an alternative. |

Gender: | I don't usually shop online for supplements unless I can find a really good deal because at times it seems like they lower the price of supplements but jack the prices on the shipping. |
