| i have a question about creatine .. sry if this is not the right place to ask i jus bought the gnc creatine monohydrate one and it says each serving is 5 grams .. the gnc guy said theres supposed to be a scoop for it but after i returned 4 of them theres still no scoop .. the man told me to try cvs n those kind of stores but none of them have any measuring utensil things. How can i measure 5 grams of powder ? the creatine thing says one TEASPOON is 5 grams but i have all different size teaspoons. is there any way i can measure 5 grams ? Please help me with this. thanks a lot in advance =] |

Some other advice is to stop shopping at GNC. They are overpriced and as you can tell, their products are subpar. Your much better off buying your creatine online and save yourself a bunch of money. I would have quit after the first return. Last edited by Sleazy; 07-25-2005 at 11:30 AM.

Of course you could use 2 scoops of the 1/2 teaspoon

And, no offense, dude, that's what you get for shopping at GNC. PS: Capital letters sometimes (usually) help make a post a lot more readable. ;)
