how reliable is muscletech overall and BSN overall??

Define reliable...

Is Cell Tech 200000% better than creatine alone...no.

Will they reliably make claims that are outragous, outlandish, and outright nonsense...you bet.

Oh wait, Coleman takes Cell Mass. He's huge so that stuff has GOT to work.

Don't forget that Muscle Tech has those ads with the guys in the lab coats, so it's all based on science.
Just reading the ads for BSN and Muscle Tech pisses me off to no end.
