Muscle Milk is mostly casein. It has lots of fat. Fat slows the digestion of protein. Casein is a slow digesting protein anyway. Blood amino acid levels don't increase very much or very quickly with Muscle Milk. Therefore, Muscle Milk is not a good post workout protein.

Nitro Tech and Syntha 6 are mediocre. Nitro Tech is a whey blend...it's mostly whey concentrate and it's insanely overpriced. There is nothing special about it. Syntha 6 is the same. There is nothing innately wrong with either of them except for the price. There are several better, cheaper products out there..
