Gender: | I just ordered some of this stuff for my cutting cycle as it supposedly is great for getting your EFA's for dieting. Anyone have experience with Sesathin and can give me advice on dosing/mixing this stuff? I know its a liquid so can I just squirt it into my shake along with my flax oil? I just want to make sure I am getting some healthy fats for my CKD cycle. Last edited by Sleazy; 03-17-2005 at 12:45 PM. |

| I was squirting three syringe fulls three times a day and got great results. One first thing in the morning, one at lunch and one before bed. It really gets you deep in ketosis which means more fat cells used. |

| Sleazy... in regards to your comment about EFAs...I supplement with EFAs (Omega 3-6-9 combo) in additon to sesathin...is that just a redundant waste of money? The sesathin is more of a cutting assist, while the EFAs are something I always supplement with. Thanks! |

| I hear you, Snachito. I still don't have a vitamin briefcase like Ronnie Coleman showed in his video, but it takes me a while too. I was thinking of buying Vitacube once from a discount store just so I could have the cool cube it comes in. It's like this rectangular plastic briefcase that holds vitamins and stuff. The kit sold for like $120 for a month's supply. But at DPS Nutrition, they had it for like $50. It was a fleeting thought. |
