Gender: | I was wondering about the Hydroxycut stuff. Does this stuff live up to the hype I heard about it? I am taking creatine and also whey protein, along with vitamins etc... Should I bother with Hydroxycut? -Many thanks Pete. |

Gender: | Tuna out of can (light mayo), hard boiled eggs, hot dogs (no bread), peanut butter with celery, baby carots, micro-brew beer (once and a while), vegies, cheese, popcorn (light), steak, chicken breast. I jog and play hacky sac (an excellent way to do cardio BTW) on my days off from lifting. Monday lift Chest/Back Tuesday jog/hacky sac Wed Bicepts,tries and forearms. Thrusday jog/hacky sac Friday Leg work ie. deads/leg curls etc. Sat day off. Sunday Church and jog/hacky sac. |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Your diet is what/when you eat, dude. I don't care if you're trying to do anything specific or not with what you're eating, but it's still your diet. For the third time....WHAT IS YOUR GOAL? Nobody can answer whether or not you should bother with Hydroxycut if they don't know what you're trying to do with your body. I'm not going to post in this thread any more because you're pissing me off. If you don't put some thought into what you're asking, then why should someone take the time to answer? You're wasting my time with this. |

| Rank: Lightweight | dont know to much about that kind of stuff and in all actuality i hate thta kind of stuff, but if you were going to use some of that i would imagin eyou would have to bulk first so you can gain the muscle that you want and then use it after the fact to burn the excess fat off to show the muscle that has been developed |

Gender: | if your going to cut try lipo6 x but its nothing without a solid diet it will be a waste of time and $$$$$$$ if your trying to build try bsn true mass to bulk (do research while your bulking and then cut) without a solid diet your going no where |
