After stumbling across the product online, I requested a sample for use on my shoulders. Since the Marine Corps, I've had trouble with my shoulders on most lifting days and was hoping to find something to aid in both my training and long term recovery.

I first applied the cream prior to a chest workout and found that it significantly reduced the discomfort I had grown a custom to. After my shower, I applied the cream again and was free of pain for the rest of the day following the workout.

Due to my first impression of the product, I decide to add it to my regimine and produce this review. I've now been using it for the past 2 weeks. I use the cream both pre and post workout, and after my morning shower. I've not been noticing the discomfort in my shoulder that I normally have on a daily basis.

I would highly recommend Flex Power to anyone who has had failed results with topical joint and muscle creams in the past.

Nice, I will have to giv ethis a try for my shoulder, I have been using BioFreeze and wanted something that may work better.

How's the smell?
