Gender: | I have been using the gnc prodcuts for 3 months now and noticed a decent gain. but there products are causing some bloating also have been making me feel tired. I noticed the tiredness when i stopped taking them for 4 days i felt fine. So here is what i decided to go with let me know if i should get something else or if this should get me some mass. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2237 http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=1511 now for a couple of questions. Should i get some protien powder also? or should i get the bcaa capsules and the protien powder? Also if i get the creatine ethyl ester should i get the dextrose to mix with it? I would rather go with primixed powders so if you have suggestions on what to go with i am open to them. I dont have time to mixe 100 things together. I train pretty hard 5 out of 7 days. mondays i work my back, tuesdays off, wendsdays chest, thurdays arm, fridays legs, saturdays shoulders, sunday off. The trainging i do has showen great results since i have been doing it so i have been sticking with it. Its just the products i am taking now are slowing me down. thanx Cory Sorry if my grammer and questions seem hard to understand. I dont make sense sometime.lol. ![]() |

| CEE AND BCAA's are both good staples to your routine... of course you should cycle CEE... but i noticed dramitic differences when i take my CEE and when I forget.. especially with cardio... when i take it.. its like nothing can slow me down |

Gender: | A good protein powder would be a huge plus IMO, I dont think you really need the Dextrose with your CEE. I would get Aminos, Protien Powder, and CEE thats a good combination |

I've heard that the Primaforce CEE clumps pretty bad. I think you'd get more for your money buying the 1fast400 brand. Primaforce is a great company though, so either way you'll be in good hands. Quote:

| If I was in your shoes here are the suppliments I would get, in order of importance Whey Protien Dextrose/Maltodextrin CEE Citruline Malate Personally I wouldnt bother with BCAA's, for what a month supply would cost you, you can pick up the first three. The cost benifit is not worth it IMO. |
