Talking Be careful what you ask for because...

So I picked it up on my lunch break today. Mixed it, gobbled it down and I've had a terrible gut wrenching stomach ache all afternoon!!!!

Micronized L-Glutamine from interactive nutrition.

If I don't grow arms like Bertil Fox by tomorrow I'm going to be really p*ssed!!!

Two of the most ripped and respected bodybuilders I know are divided on this. One swears by it, one dumped out a 100g tub. I would say that being consistant is the biggest thing. good luck

oh by the way, I dont bother with that crap hahaha.

THATS the best advice I hear on this forum. Its like saying 'If you eat shitty food, take shitty supplements, and do the wrong shitty exercises, eventually something good might happen for you'. Your advice, IMO, is vague and mediocre...lackluster at best...
Well I was obviously speaking on the glutamine issue, and not anything else. Sorry but I dont have a shit load of time to write a book everytime I post ...

so maybe next time try reading my post, instead of putting words in my mouth

Unhappy *Confused*

Okay,

Thanks guys, I'm confused now...

Am I suppose to be consistent about taking the L-Glutamine? Consistent about not taking the L-Glutamine? Consistent about putting things in peoples mouths? Consistently throw out my supplements? Oy!

I was going to try taking a small dose of sodium citrate if my stomach hurt again after my evening dose. It's been about 2 hours and I feel fine. Now...as long as I consistently feel fine...and develop Casey Vitor's forarms by about 2pm tomorrow, I will be very happy with my 30 dollar purchase.

hahahhah great post taurus.

Boxing Raven, here is my advise as to all supps you take in the future. Try it consistantly for a solid period of time. Utilize the scientific method here. If your adding glutimine, add only that, and keep your diet, training, rest ect the same. If in a month to two months you are seeing positive results stay with it. If not, drop it, cause its only gonna lighten your pockets.

In effect, I try (yeah try cause its never easy) to do this will all aspects of the lifestyle. If you change up too many things at once, you will never know what works and what doesnt.

So in all things be consistant, and keep a log so you know what worked well for you and what didnt.

this makes me happy

Grammar is the linchpin that holds the English language together. The better one can express himself, the better he will be understood and, at the same time, not be misunderstood.

Unfortunately, in the age of TV and the e-mail generation, proper forms of written expressision have largely disappeared. :-(

perhaps the worst post in the history of this forum. why dont you just write ... "I felt it nessisary to give an opinion, when i really didnt have one, but i wanted to try and sound smart"

step your game up lil one, or grow a sack
