not as of now...isn't there talk of water retention from creatine which would counter act my goal of getting more defined?

Creatine draws water into the muscles from the body. That's cell volumization not water retention. It can make your muscles look larger temporarily and I guess some people can look a little bloated. But cell volumization is a positive effect if you want better muscle performance. It is not the same as water retention, which happens outside the cells, under the skin. Whether creatine causes extracellular fluid retention is still, apparently a matter of debate.

Also keep in mind that some people who complain of water retention while on creatine may be experiencing water gains because of their dietary practices at that time, especially since you will be drinking a lot of water while on it.

I forgot to say, see the Creatine FAQ in the supplement articles section.

If you are 16, you definitely do NOT need testosterone boosters unless there is something significantly wrong with you. Your hormones are raging, you probably have test pouring out of your, well, pores.

Why glutamine?

It's relatively cheap so it definately won't hurt. I recommend Primaforce Glutaform. It costs $32 for a kilo. That translates into 222 servings per container at 4.5 grams per serving. A smaller container holds 400 grams at $18.

The serving size for glutamine has to be on the high end. At least that's what research indicates. Ten grams postworkout and another ten grams at bedtime is recommended. At that dosage, that kilo should last about 50 or so days.

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

I'd say to do some simple carb cycling like what I posted in the nutrition forum. After you get a solid dietary foundation set up, then I'd go ahead and start making supplement recommendations.
