Never used it myself, but here is a link to the product description if anyone wants it here

personally i wouldnt put anything IDS makes into my body, they have a history of not meeting label specs from what i've heard.

My order of sostenol 250 just came in so i'll keep you guys posted on how it goes. Gonna be starting Aug 27th.
