Default Stacking Question

I'm 35 5'7 215lbs. Have the flabby beer gut. Goal: bulk up a lot and then later maybe right before summer start to cut. Been lifting about a year. Tried a few different creatines and proteins. Currently on Prolab Mono (seeing a huge difference very fast!) and Wal-Mart protein. Have never stacked. I am usually at the gym no later than 6:30am. and done by 7:30am. Been reading a lot of people take fish oil and flax.

I am probably doing this wrong and would appreciate any advice!!
Wake up and take a protein shake
workout
take creatine
eat breakfast 1/2hr after that. off to work.
protein shakes maybe 2 more times daily.

What order would you recommend doing what? Should I be taking fish oil or flax oil and a daily vitamin? If so, what brands, etc. would you recommend. Just starting to read up on fish oil, sounds like everyone takes it.

Thanks

Fish oils are good, and a multi vit / mineral is a must.

As for bulking up, the true secret is FOOD. you need alot of calories to put on some good muscle. What does your diet look like now ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

You know to be 100% honest I have done the "clean bulk" (chix brst, turkey protein shakes..) and a "eat lots of food bulk" (almost anything you want) and have noticed no differance in fat gain or muscle gain.

My diet is coming along. I am eating a ton of chicken breast, turkey, salads, etc. Also doing the cottage cheese about 1/2-45min before bed. I put sugar free jello powder (strawberry) on it and mix it up to hide the taste. Below is usually what I try to do everyday.
Wake
Protein Shake mixed with either 2.5 or 5g of Prolab Mono Creatine
workout
2nd dose of prolab mixed with protein
shower, etc
eat either chicken, eggs, etc.
10am'ish- some type of snack, fruit or jerky, etc
12'ish- lunch, about same as breakfast
3'ish- same as 10'ish
6pm'ish- dinner- here is hard part cause I am the cook and have to cook for the family.
9pm'ish- cottage cheese

Any advice is appreciated!!!!!!

How many calories is that? Doesn't seem like many. Try to eat some fruits and vegetables if you can. Oatmeal is a great source of calories...it's good for cholesterol also, I think. Remember, plain whey protein shakes do NOT make a good meal replacement. Good that you get it post workout and first thing in the morning though. Try oatmeal along with your shake in the morning.

Go ahead and add the multivitamin in. Don't get a one-a-day. Get something that you take at least twice a day. And fish oil is cheap...

If you're willing to order stuff online which is your best bet for saving a buck, then look at nutraplanet.com and bulknutrition.com.
