Gender: | Well.... I missed a couple of months training at the gym due to injury at the car accident (fractured wrist) I lost 30lbs (185lbs-155lbs) because I couldn't eat well. I'm about to go back at the gym soon to start over and I was wondering if you guys can help me list some good pre and post workout supplement to help me with my training? I'm not going to GNC since that it's too expensive and I'm gonna start shopping at BN.com What I have in mind so far is: Whey protein L-glutamine flax seed oil creatine (CEE or MONO) I read a post in the forum about lists of supplements and I just couldn't find it if anyone knows the link please send.. Because I know I need more supplements there that may help me with my training. Thanks a bunch!!! hope I'm not violating the sticky rules here. if so pls delete |
