What about the EAS brand at Wal-Mart. Is that ok?

I remember an initial boost of strength when I used it, but I only used it a little while.

I love the GNC in James Island SC. I was greeted by a 250 lb fat girl trying to give me advice. Going to anther nutrition outlet. Besides their way over price products.

Yesterday, I went to a local GNC with a friend of mine and he ended up dropping over $300 on different products (against my advice) and listened to the fatass behind the counter on training principles and all I wanted to do was shut the dumbass up. This turd was a walking advertisement for bodybuilding magazines and didn't know there butt from a hole in the ground.

BTW, just to rub it in I showed my buddy a couple of websites where he could have gotten his stuff for much much less........

Honestly, what at GNC isn't more expensive than any place online?

Eddie0206's Sig:Deadlift - 405X1
Squat - 325X1
Bench - 225X1

Golf Tee - Anyone who can bench more than they can squat and/or deadlift.
