His manager may want him to shift people to the more expensive options or those that provide the biggest markup .

Don't go to GNC they suck eggs. Order online or find a better store. You're right the guy at GNC is wrong. But you don't really need to load the creatine mono. It just means that you reach the saturation point faster. It also means you're going to have a lot more bloating and muscle cramping and shit like that especially when you are new to it.

If you piss creatine away it either means you are taking too much, you don't have a carrier (in the case of mono) or you are a "non-responder". Creatine mono works just fine for most people. CEE (creatine ethyl ester) is another good choice that is affordable and convenient. Either one really is fine. There is a good creatine FAQ in the nutrition articles section.

I wouldnt doubt he was trying to sell you something more exspensive, or with a better mark up. but he may have just been trying to tell you that you need to have a glucose carrier, cause if you take mono by itself you will just be pissing it out.

Yeah I actually had a guy tell me the right thing at a GNC way back when. He told me I needed to drink more water with my mono (I started mono by "loading"). He was right. But that didn't stop him from telling me that the $70/20 servings fancy creatine would work much better, lol.

The guy at GNC told me to use grape juice or else I would piss the mono out, so I appreciated that lol...but like everyone else has said, he tried to push some fancy new "muscle bonanza 65000" type product at me.

There all into selling products!!!! There are those honest GNC sellers and there are those "I will tell you what you want to here" type! Make sure to read about it and then you teach them a thing or 2.

i decided to go with this
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mt/cellhard.html
in the lemon lime flavor

its usualy 57 dollars at gnc, but it was buy 1 get 1 half off and my friend was getting it so i decided to go in on it with him so we both ended up paying 36 bucks after the gold card discount
i didnt think it was that bad but then again i knew nothing bout the product, just took my first serving and it taste great, jus like gatorade... has anyone else here used this or heard good or bad things about it
