Gender: | So I finally went out and bought some Substance WPI to get some variation going in my diet. Slamming down 10 servings of ON chocolate mint a day is really starting to get boring falvor wise so I wanted to switch out my PWO shake with a different flavored isolate. I got to say, the Vanilla is fricken amazing and I usually hate most vanilla flavored proteins. I also got the grape which is really good for a change in flavors, almost tastes like a hard grape candy. Have any of you tried the other flavors like the Watermelon or Chocolate. I am thinking about buying them just to try out the other flavors but wanted to hear some feedback from others who have already taken the plunge. |

| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | I got a free watermelon packet in my Bulk Nut order and it tasted just like a jolly rancher. Very nice. I was looking into a cheap whey isolate and found IDS Multipro Whey Isolate. It's $32 for 5 lbs. I pay $28 for 5 lbs of On's concentrate blend, so that's only an extra couple of bucks for isolate. Then again, you still get a lot more with On... Gender: | I don't use milk, I am on a timed carb diet so I take all my shakes with water. It's amazing how much better shakes taste in milk though. I can only imagine how good the Vanilla is in milk ...mmmm Last edited by Sleazy; 10-06-2005 at 01:29 PM. |
