how much cardio would you suggest is necessary for me? like how much, how intense, how often? How can my cardio impede my progress?

You know if you do cardio your burning calories. So ,if you want to gain weight then you need to eat more than you burn.Simple as that


So if you want to do cardio, go at a pace where you can still have a conversation with someone....Not very intense at all.
