Default Supplement change

Currently I am using:
MT Nitro-Tech
MT Cell-Tech
MT naNO-Vapor

However, this is too expensive and I am sure I can see better gains from other things. Plus, I do not know what the hell half the things are in these muscle tech supplements..

Anyways, I am looking at taking:

ON %100 Whey Protein
Animal Pak
1-Androsterone

And am wondering what I could take for NO2 and Creatine intake? Any suggestions?

Muscletech is overated and expensive. Keep it simple, Creatine monohydrate, whey protein, citrulline, and some BCAA's. I get the majority of my protein from whole foods, except the casein shake before bed. If you are gonna start on Andro, you should check out threads in the anabolic section. You have to be sure you are ready and have Postcycle on hand to start your endocrine system back up otherwise you'll lose all your gains and put yourself in risk of gyno, among other things.

j-rock is on point here, the only thing he left out is dextrose and maltodextrin for the post workout shake (and maybe the pre shake depending on your goals).

ON whey protein is a great choice, it works, it tastes great and you can get it in bulk for relatively cheap. One thing you might want to look into if you are training heavy is some fish oil.
