Default Supplement Help

I will be leaving for Basic Training this coming up Spring and have been thinking about taking supplements to help me lose weight and gain more muscle. What are some supplements you guys would recommend looking into?

Right now I'm taking whey, creatine, fish oil, CLA, green tea (EGCG), and sesamin oil.

I'm taking the same as Ross - minus the sasamin oil ( which I have coming) but I would take a good multi pack.

Quick question, do you mix the creatine in with your whey protein? And which brands do you use?

Thanks for the help but I have one more question. Is there anything out there that has all of these things or do I have to buy them separately and will they screw me over when I have to stop taking them?

I just mix it into my pre and post workout shakes. I buy pure creatine mono.

Its cheaper to buy them separately, plus you know exactly what and how much you are getting. Its best to keep things simple.

Your supplements may help you keep your muscles during basic training. Taking a preworkout, during workout and post workout shakes might make all the difference in the world...
