Default supplement help

I am 23. I have been working out since I was 15. I am 5'8 and 210 lbs. I am on a healthy bodybuilding diet. I run 3 times a week and I lift 3-4 times a week. I usually do 5 by 5 depending on how I feel. I am currently on creatine and protein shakes. I am trying to gain about 10-20 lbs of muscle. I am looking for a supplement that will increase my testosterone and help me reach my goals. I don’t know what to take because I heard most of the legal testosterone increasing supplements are a bunch of crap. Can someone suggest something please?

The best thing is FOOD. You say your on a healthy bodybuilding diet. What is that ? How mayn calories (protein/fat/carbs) are you consuming in a day ?

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I agree food is the best supplement for a bodybuilder. I have used many supplements over the years, but food is the one that will help you earn muscle that will stay with you throughout the years. I do take whey protein though.

^^ agree, but if your looking for a test booster that actually does something, look into activate extreme by designer suppliments. It is a free test boosting sup. I've used the original and I can say it helped me get through some stickin points, just understand that it increases free test, and will thus give you some acne, and other related sides.

This is one thing your doing wrong...Many people make the mistake and think they're eating enough. Once you write it down and find out forsure what your number are (protein, fat, carbs) then you will know if your getting enough.
