| Just wondering what supplements are widely suggested. Since there are so many different product types and ten times the amount of producers producing the same product, I was just curious what is suggested (and wouldn't conflict/overdose) on anything else. Currently, all I'm taking is Optimum 100% Whey Protein. Took me a week of reading to decide on that, and I figure I'd ask around for suggestions of other supplements/vitamins that are worthwhile. I can't find any way to up my Protein amount besides the powder, so I'm taking a scoop with a meal (6 meals at 500-600 calories). Safe to do? Just certainly no way in hell that I can get that much protein a day even when eating my usual diet which is normally meats and tuna or peanut butter sandwiches. |
