Default Supplements

What supplements would you guys consider to be essential for building the most mass. I plan to supplement my diet with a protein shake before and after I lift. From my reading, I think I will also be taking creatine before and after. What about amino acids? Any other supplements that are recommended?

Amino Acids are good before, during and after a workout. I like them before or during. Read some of the supplement testing logs for more supplements people have given feed back on.

BCAA's before workout and prior to bed.

Also, use skim milk in the shakes.
