| What supplements would you guys consider to be essential for building the most mass. I plan to supplement my diet with a protein shake before and after I lift. From my reading, I think I will also be taking creatine before and after. What about amino acids? Any other supplements that are recommended? |

Gender: | Amino Acids are good before, during and after a workout. I like them before or during. Read some of the supplement testing logs for more supplements people have given feed back on. |
