Gender: | Are supplements okay for someone like me who is 15 1/2 years old? My dad asked his trainer at the gym and she said i only need the protein and nutrition from food. I dont know if she is any good or if she knows what she is talking about, but i want a second opinion. |

Gender: | I agree, you really don't need too much at your age and you might actually hurt yourself by taking certain supplements. Whey protein, nutritious food, and maybe a multi vitamin is as far as I would go. |
