Default Taking Arnge Krush and Whey Protein, I have a question

I am 21, 6'1", 170 lbs. I have been lifting for a few years now and have taken many forms of creatine including Arnge Krush in the past.

The Arnge Krush that I just bought has 40 servings and the Whey Protein is the 100% Whey Protein from GNC with 29 servings. Would it be enough to just take 1 and a half scoops of Arnge Krush when I lift and only 1 scoop of protein after I lift? I only lift every other day so is that enough?

Thanks.

I dont know what Arnge krush is, searched and couldnt really find any nutritional info on it. Any reason you arent just using creatine mono with some dextrose?

Also, how many grams of protien are in a scoop of the GNc stuff you have?

Well I was going to go in there and get some NO Explode which is what I usually like, but this time, just like in the past, they recommended this Arnge Krush by BioRythm.

There are 21 grams of protein per serving in the Whey Protein I bought.

What would be an example of creatine mono with some dextrose? Never heard of that.

creatine mono you just buy in a jug...you have to mix it with sugar to get it into the blood stream...which is what dextrose is...pretty sure both can be bought at trueprotein.com...

On a side note, would you still be able to answer my original question? I just want to make sure I am still intaking enough to grow some muscle.

I would take two scoops post workout with some dextrose/maltodextrin and just throw your bulk creatine monohydrate in there with it.

^^ bulk creatine mono
