Default The N.O. Bullshit needs to stop

I'm sure you've all seen the ads, and prob. used some N.O. products in the past ... hell we all have. But honestly, the bullshit has to stop some where right? How much longer will suppliment companies be able to pimp these useless products?

If your using an N.O. product, please for the love of god take a step back. Look at what the bottle claims, and see if you've seen any of those things happen while taking it. Sure you've gotten pumps, but has it done anything for you? Did that translate into lean muscle mass gains? Strength gains? are you more vascular? Are you healling quicker? Are any of these products worth the ridiculous prices they charge?

If you really want to see results, stay away from the main stream N.O. products, go pick up some CITRULINE MALATE powerd, because it actually does something. And you will save yourself a shit load of money. Add in some creatine powder and your all set. And for about an 8th of the price of N.O. alone.

sorry for the rant, this shit was pissing me off today.

I'm with you Hardgain. Let's be clear in general...this is a multi-billion dollar industry. People are buying and selling stock based on all these types of fraudulent claims and getting richer and richer while you are throwing away hard earned money.

Hell, I just saw a thing today that would make your blood curdle. Someone does some research on a well-known poisonous substance to find it MAY have some benefits at low doses for rats with heart problems based on stem cells....but it's still poisonous. Next thing you know somebody is selling a supplement based on this claiming it to be an alternative to steroids...using some alkaloid found in a fruit. Enough said?

They say this shit because they know people WANT TO BELIEVE IT. There are lots of good sups out there. But unfortunately, they are the exception to the rule. That's why you always see the same basic list recommended over and over.

It's the same line of thouight that keeps the diet industry going. A quick fix for the ignorant person. People need to make lifestyle changes instead.

Well said.

I like to see a supplement around for at least 3-4 years to stand the test of time before I give it a shot.

I saw a commercial for a NO product while in my gym, I laughed at it. You know it is low quality when they have to get Triple H to advertise it..

I've been saying it for years! I went through MANY wars over Noxplode at BN..Dashing people's dreams about it being "the best supplement for mass". The funny part now is that I look at those same people's post NOW and they are saying the same thing I was saying THEN! May God have mercy on their souls..

Go check out the article posted titled "BCAA's and Citruline" and you'll see what it does exactly.

Personally I feel like citruline in high doses effects my endurance level greatly. Not just cardio endurance, but muscular endurance. Throw in some creatine and those two work together synergisticly to create an awesome stack.
