Gender: | I completely didn't see this thread. I would take 3g pre workout and 3g post. 3 grams is hard to measure, so just use roughly around 3. On non-lifting days I would take 5 grams, I like to take it in the morning. Make sure you take it with grape juice or something so that the mono has a porper transporter. Also, like Mac said, there is no loading phase. A steady intake will take a bit longer to get your levels up but its negligable. |

Gender: | I always thought that there was a loading phase for mono, just not CEE....Guess I was wrong. But 3g before and after would be good. And like Kane said take grape juice or something for a transporter. |

| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | Well, i always load mine. I take about 20g/day for the first 5 days or so. All a loading phase does is reach the saturation point faster (about the 5 days i do it for) compared to taking about 20 days if you just took normal dosage w/o a loading phase. |

| ^^ your body will only process roughly 3g of Creatine Mono a day (past absorbtion) so by loading 20g for 5 days your pissing out a lot. Its a waste of money, personally i would do 3g pre, 3g post. and on off days, 3-6g in one shot. |

Gender: | Personally, I have not found a difference for myself between loading the mono and not doing a loading phase. So for me I don't waste the product or the money with a load. Hope it helps. ![]() |
