Default Toxin flush?

I have heard things on the radio and such talking about liver and gall bladder toxin flushes. Also something about all the stored fecal in your system (sometimes as much as 30 lbs!!!) that has toxins that slow you down overall. They say that doing one of these will help you sleep better, give you more energy and several other things as well that i cant recall off the top of my head.

When i went to the internet to look it up i couldnt find much about it. Most of the things i found were about passing drug tests.

Does anyone hear know what im talking about or possibly done one of these flushes. It sounds like it would be great for your overall health and performance. God knows i could use some better sleep.

I am just cusiose if there is some type or herb or vitamin you take that does this or anything? Maybe its a big money scam, i dono........ any thoughts?

dig it. I did the oxyclean. It was a good experience. I was regular for a while, and doing good now that I make sure I get my fiber. Eating the bowl of fruit and cream was tasty, and the oil was not bad, you definately need the lemon. Whether there is 20-30lb....nope, unless you are huge. and ate crap for a long time. But tere is truth in bein regular, and having good bacteria/flora in the stomach

Have you ever seen those guys that have a huge stomach but at the same time where small pants? From behind they look like the average skinny guy, but when they turn around they look 6 months pregers. Usually these guys are middle aged and they have truely had a crap diet for most of their lives. By the way this condition is unique to western civilized nations. Eating processed foods daily Will lead to a build up of fecal matter within the intestinal wall. Over a period of time this dense rope-like substance will lead to a distension of the abdominal wall. 20-30 pounds of this substance would be unusual, however the average adult American carries about 7 lbs of waste.

There are other internal cleansing regimes out ther other than olive oil...just look around. Incendentially most require fasting along with the cleansing so be prepared to drop a little muscle, however the resulting outcome will be worth the slight reduction of mass.

This is definately a important subject. I just came off of diverticulitis a few months ago and it hurt like hell!! Now I just have at least 30 grams of phsylum husk throughout the day and I've been great ever since.

Well, they just came out with fiber pills to make it even more convenient.
