I don't know much info about krealk. Sounds good, but the only real info out there is from the actual companies selling it. There's this one creatine I heard about called p-12 or something like that from the Protein Factory. A few of my friends really like it. I take cee and love it. I'll look into the p-12 though. Both products only need 2 grams twice a day to be effective.

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

I think I'm going to try the CEE. Any thoughts on which brand(s) might be best?

I've tried Pinnacle Esterfied Creatine and Bulk Nutrition CEE. Both are great IMO, but I felt more endurance with Pinnacle's brand. Go with Bulk because it's also cost effective. I think 100grams is only like $6-7...

I just ordered the Bulk Nutrition CEE and some more ON whey protein (I can't get enough of the chocolate!)
