Gender: | ha if only it was as easy as milking a cow.. but for what i'm trying to do, whey concentrate and isolate are the best candidates? i usually drink a shake pre workout and post so i have protein to feed off of during and after my workout but as for the creatine monohydrate, waxy maize is the best source of high GI carbs? |

I prefer WMS. And I think most other people do. "Best" is one of those relative terms... I do think that WMS is one of the better options though, so it's a safe choice. Give it a try | |
