Gender: | no, i was actually wondering what was good for carbs especially since i'm using creatine i try to eat a lot of potatoes but i dont know if thats good for anything whats good for carbs? and shouldnt they be highGI carbs? |

Gender: | Ditto on the waxy maize, I prefer it to the standard malto/dex mix most people do. Basically all of their proteins are quality, it depends alot on what you want as far as quick absorption or slow digesting. If you got the extra bucks and want a nice quick absorbing protein the Isolate Microfiltered or Isolate Ion-Exchange are really good and dissolve like nothing else. Best part about true protein is you can get the protein PLAIN and then buy their flavor packs, very handy if you mix protein into certain foods. Plain True Protein + Natty Peanut Butter + Chocolate Flavor Pack = best slop ever ![]() |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | It's made using hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide, I think. Some of the amino acids become denatured. Overall, not a big deal. Microfiltration is the best, but it's at least twice as expensive as ion exchange. Their ion exchange whey is 96% pure. And it's pretty cheap. |
