First use: Last night i finished up dinner around 9:30pm. I took down 3 caps 50 mins later with 8oz of water. Roughly 20min after that i began to feel slightly drowsy, and headed off to bed. It wasnt a 'nyquil' type drowsy, i could fight it off if i really wanted to, but it definately eased me to sleep. When I woke up this morning I was wide awake. I felt well rested and ready to go hit up some cardio. This is a welcomed changed since i usually have to drag my ass out of bed. I will keep you guys posted as I continue to use this, I am liking it so far. | |

Gender: | If you are having trouble sleeping I would recommend using ZMA (I always take some before going to bed) as it has some drowsiness side effects that put help me fall asleep. You may also want to try the nootropic phenibut, but be warned this stuff can literally knock you out for half a day the first few times you use it. Its used for social anxiety mostly, but also is great for when you can't fall asleep. You build a tolerance to this stuff rapidly so its not something you can use every night. If you take a little bit of it before bed you will get a great relaxed feeling and sleep like a baby. Just a few suggestions... let us know how the REM works out for you. ![]() |

| I've used phenibut before, and the hangover from it is the worst. I've never been so weak, and sick from a suppliment. I ended up throwing out about 20g of it cause I wouldnt do that to myself again. And dont even get me started about using it with stims ... I was spinning for litterally 10hrs. I dosed REM a little differently last night, i wanted to get to bed early so I only waited 30min after dinner to take it. That prolonged the time it took to be effective. When they say "On an empty stomach" they mean it. I can see how this would pose a problem for some. I think tonights timing will go like this 9pm dinner 10pm 3 caps rem 10:45 cottage cheese then right to bed i figure if i wait till it kicks in, then eat i should be fine. |

| I decided i wanted to see what 4 caps would do for me last night. dinner at 9pm, 4 caps at 10:15. at around 11pm I got this warm sensation across my shoulders and neck. not like hot sweaty, but warm an almost soothing. I fell asleep soon after that, and I woke up refreshed and definately very dry this morning. I needed water bad, i gulped down a whole brita full before i ate breakfast. |

| I havent updated this in a while so here we go. I have found that up until this sunday, i was weaking up at wierd intervals durring the night, wide awake, with full on morning wood. it wasnt hard to go back to sleep at all, but it was kind of wierd that it happend once or twice a night. I started the e/c stack on sunday, and i can tell you REM is no match for it. It always screws my sleep paterns up for the first 4 or 5 days, and this is no exception. Although once I do get to sleep, I am still exsperiencing very restful sleep, and dreaming very vividly. |
