Default Vitargo-CGL Question

I have been taking ON Whey Protein and PrimaForce CEE for about 2mo. now. Noticing some change, which is great.

Age 36, Goal: Gain a lot of mass, then cut.

I have my routine almost ironed out. Eating right is tougher, but will solve that pretty soon.

I had a question about Vitargo-CGL.

Once I am done with my CEE should the Vitargo replace it altogether? I am taking one scoop of CEE before and after workouts, from reading Vitargo you take only after workouts.

Supplements wise I am on a VERY strict budget. I take my ON protein and then the creatine.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Sold!! Now I have to try it out. Thanks for the links!

Comparing that to the CEE I bought it's lot more expensive. I don't spend a ton on supplements anyway. ON Whey and creatine. Have tried Cell Tech and this PrimaForce CEE.

Looking for a multi-vitamin to take, but ones I have tried make my urine a neon yellow, freaked me out at first.

Thanks again for the info.

Multis with a high level of B will do that. Don't worry. It's normal.

Never new it was the high vit B that caused it. I always thought if you drank enough water it wouldn't happen (as bad).
