Default Weider Weight gainer without body building

Hey every one , iam male 28 years old , 58 Kg weight, 5ft 7inches height and as my weight reflects that iam very underweight and need to gain weight i dont do body building i have just started taking weider Weight gainer supplement how should i use in order to gain weight in a proper way and should i continue this for 2 or 3 months or should i change my supplement my only objective is to gain weight specially on my face area which is sunken ..i have gone through medical tests i have no illness etc and i dont take drugs or sex or smoke...looking forward for helpful replies

I would certainly put some sort of fitness regimen in there. Otherwise, all you are going to do is add fat. All those calories are just gonna get stored instead of used.

I would ask you to think about some sort of weight training. You don't have to go super crazy, but it'll only help you in the long run.

Drugs: bad. Smoking: bad. Sex: GOOD! I'd recommend the latter activity whether or not you wanna gain weight.

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".
